May 30, 2010 Culminating Activity

Dear Diary,

Just finished my culminating activity this morning! Finally I'm done. =)
I did well this morning except for one exhibition - jump and roll, but it's okay, I enjoyed the applause of the audience anyway. =P

My mom and dad were so excited to watch me this morning. Mom said she was shaking while watching me, I'm quite nervous too but it all went well after all. My co gymnasts, my coaches and my parents as well as my grannies were all very supportive. They inspired me today. I love my performance today. I did dance well even I don't memorize the steps =P

I am so happy when they called my name and went to the stage to received this piece of paper called Certificate. I ran immediately to show it to MOM and DAD. They were happy to see it too!
I also enjoyed our play after the program. Me, Ethan and my co gymnast played together after the program while our parents having their mini meeting =)

This is one of the unforgettable experience in my life. I wanna thank my MOM and DAD for enrolling me in Gymnastics. Hope I could use this talent in the future for my own benefit. Though I may not want to enroll this JUNE, I'm sure I'm gonna change my mind for a few days and surely come back to gymnastics and enroll this school days =)

May 21, 2010 Gymnastics Summer Program soon to End

Dear Diary,

Four more day! Four more practice and summer program's done!
My two months summer class in Gymnastics of the Philippines is almost finished. It's like 2 weeks for me. I want to learn more! I want to continue it while studying this coming June.
Mommy said coach Roland invited me to join their new TEAM to compete this coming August. I'm so looking forward for that.
Whoa! I guess that's all for now. I can't tell about my performance yet...just see it on my culminating activity / recital on the 30th of May! =)

April 5, 2010 Gymnastics Summer Class - 1st Day

Dear Diary,

Finally I started my summer class in Gymnastics today...I've been so excited eversince I started to go there until this very first day.

I came so early so I still have time to explore...I used most of the facilities except for those I can't reach =) I so enjoyed it but when the class proper started, I don't like to participate anymore. Mom just gave me some motivation so joined them. It's tiring, coach Roland told us we will experiencing body pains after this but I didn't experience any pain at all. Haha! Anyway hope to learn more on this summer class...I am so excited to learn things I'm watching on you tube. Mom said I will learn all of those in time, all i have to do now is listen to my coach carefully and follow what he's telling us.

March 17, 2010 Gymnastics @ Rizal Memorial Gym

Dear Diary,

Hello dear diary! Just wanna share how excited I am today. Mom just brought me to Rizal Memorial Gym and showed me the area. I am very excited seeing the other kids like me practicing their exhibitions. I want to do those too dear diary! Mommy said....I can't do those yet until my coach taught me how and she also said I have to be patient for I will be doing them soon. Let me show to you my video while impressing my soon to be coach...hahahaha =)

May 21, 2009 Last Day of Summer Class

Dear Diary,

So sad my summer class has to end today. It's only 8-day free summer class. It seems so short to me.... I was just starting to enjoy it. But it's okay coz I know I have learned so many things in that short period of time. I can now stay in class for 2 hours without my mommy. I can now eat my food without mommy or any assistance from my teacher. I know how to throw trash in the trashcan already because mommy wasn't there to throw trash for me. I also swept my own mess. I can now go to the bathroom with teacher and not with mommy. I already pooped once during school time and have assisted and washed by teacher. I remember mommy telling her experiences with kids when she was still a preschool teacher. She also does things like this. Hmmm.....teachers are nice, their like parents to us. At least mommy doesn't have to worry if ever I need to poop and wee wee if she's not around in school.
For now, all I have to do is wait for JUNE 8 to come. That's the first day of school year 2009-2010. I am now officially NURSERY or JUNIOR CASA (La CAbecera's Own Term) and not SAling Pusa! Everthing will be different now. Everything will be serious now.
I am almost ready on June 8, I am enrolled, I have books, notebooks and uniforms. All I need to buy now is my trolley bag that I've been waiting for so long, and some things like crayons, pencils, expandable plastic envelope for my grooming kit, etc, I think we're going to buy those on the first week of JUNE. I am so excited to buy a trolley bag, I actually still wanted DORA or Princess design. Well let's just see if I can find dora trolley bag soon. that's all for now, I'll update you soon! Good day!

MAy 18, 2009 Second Week Of Summer Class

Dear Diary,

Mommy started to leave me in my class alone. Some mommies are doing it to their child already. I am fine with that, I am fine without mommy on my side during classes. I am already independent that's why mommy was so proud of me. I am enjoying my class though sometimes I'm getting bored. But I am learning so much already. I hope to learn more and more each day! =)

May 11, 2009 My First Day of Summer Class

Dear Diary,

I went to La Cabecera this morning at 10 am. It was my first day of my summer class. We arrived at 10 am and shockingly the class is about to finish coz we didn't know it was started at 8:30 in the morning So early! I think mommy got confused with the time schedule. But it's okay coz even if I am late, the teacher did accomodate me for 30 minutes and taught me what she taught to other kids in that summer class. My teacher said I am easy to teach coz I am an easy learner. My mommy and daddy was so proud of me.
Tomorrow is my second day, this time, the schedule is surely 10 am already after mommy talked to the principal about it. Thanks to mom coz I don'thave to get up that early.

April 8, 2009 Summer Activity No. 2

Dear Diary,

Here's our summer activity number two....we are trying to make a higley character. HIgley Town Heroes is one of my favorite cartoon in disney channel and I am so glad momy has to come up with this idea. I can make my own higley character using an egg shell and yakult bottle and some colored papers. We used the old books to get some image of eyes, nose and lips for our higley characters. Yipee!!! Look what we've got! Cutie Higley character!

April 1, 2009 Summer Activity #1

Dear Diary,

Mommy and I just had our first summer project today... guess what we made today?....we made "palitaw"! Heheheh this is really fun and exciting. We were just like playing dough. Ate Aliyyah was also there to help. First, mommy added some water to rice flour so it will look like a dough or clay. Ate Aliyyah and I molded pieces of circle out of it then flatten it until we made an Oval shape. Isn't it fun? After we have molded, I dropped those "palitaw" to boiling water (Ate Aliyyah didn't do that part because she was afraid of heat). Momy said I just have to wait for few seconds, when the "palitaw" floats, then it is already cooked. After I cooked those palitaw, we dipped it in coconut, linga and sugar. Hmmm yummy! It lools delicious but I didn't eat because I just discovered I don't like linga and coconut on it! But it's okay coz Mommy, Lola Taba and Lolo Caloy enjoyed it!

I am so happy with this activity, mommy said our next activity will be painting my arm chair and the big wooden table in the terrace. I did request for that...I want a color red too just like what I saw man painting the roof in our neighborhood. I think that will be fun...what do you think?
