Fall is Here

Dear Diary,

Fall has just started. This morning it was 28 degrees Fahrenheit! So cold! I am freezing! My mommy bought me and Ethan our winter jackets and gloves. She also made a scarf and a beanie for me and soon, she's gonna make one for Ethan too!

Daddy has winter clothes already he had is used last year. But mommy said he still needs to buy some men's winter coats and so does her. We have plenty of shopping to do. We cannot use only one winter jackets, at least two is enough.  I am so excited for the winter and I can't wait to play with snow with my winter outfit. I wish my cough and colds will get better soon, this will stop me from playing with the snow soon. 

I hope my body will be adjusted with the weather soon, I hate sniffing and coughing all the time.

My First Thomas Jefferson's Spirit Night

Last Thursday is my other 'First' memorable experience. We, the students of Thomas Jefferson were  scheduled  to have our dinner at Chic-Fil-A in celebration of Spirit Night. For each of us who dine at Chic-Fil-A, CHic-Fil-A will return a portion of the total money spent during the Spirit Night to our school Thomas Jefferson which will be supporting children with their school activities.A deliciously easy way  to assist the children who will benefit from the funds. Plus I got to enjoy the night with some of my classmates that was there also. We have lots of fun in the play area and I will never forget this event of my life.

Last week is another fun weekend for me and my brother! Daddy decided to take us out, had lunch in a chinese restaurant, looked aorund until I saw the play area and were stucked there!

Pink Fridays #3 My First EASTER Experience!

Dear Diary,

Happy easter to everyone!

Mom asked us to wake up early (we usually wakes up at 10) today so we could prepare for easter celebration. While mommy preparing her pork barbecue for our potluck, she also prepared our clothes and assisted us in the shower. Mommy said it's gonna be a new exciting experience for us so I am so excited and be the first one who got dressed. Thanks to Daddy for driving us there even he is not feeling well.

We celebrated our EASTER at Tita Lisa's house and she prepared something for us kiddos to enjoy EASTER celebration. It's my first EASTER here and I love how they celebrated it...here's the activities Ethan and I enjoyed today....

April 19, 2011 School Enrollment

Dear Diary,

Last Friday, daddy used his lunch break to enroll me and my little brother in our future school for year 2011-2012. We headed to Early Childhood Center first, they enrolled my brother there as Pre-k. My brother finished nursery level in the Philippines already but school policy here is different so Ethan is soon to be a pre-k which is the same as nursery level because he is only 4 years old. Ethan's school was cool, there are lots of toys everywhere and it was so colorful but the building seemed small to me. I guess maybe because there are only Pre-k's in there. After filling up for so long with different forms like what happened in IRS the last time we went filing taxes and applying for my ITIN. How come filling up forms were taking adults so long and even had a hard time looking for the irs extension form in the lobby. I really hate that filling part, so boring! So back to my story, after Ethan's enrollment, it's finally my turn and to my surprise we just drove a few blocks away from Ethan's school and were in Thomas Jefferson Elementary School already, my future school! I can't believe I am enrolling already that time! My enrollment process was a little bit shorter than Ethan's, daddy just filled out some few papers and they have me signed on the last page of the forms and were done! But we didn't go home immediately coz I wander around in the lobby first. I love the school! It's big and there are lots of kids like me studying! Forget what I have said before that I don't wanna go to school yet, coz I am now so excited and can't wait for the start of school!!!

Februuary 5, 2011 My 2D ECHO

Deary Diary,

I just had my 2D Echo in Hi Precision with Mommy, Lola Mama, Lolo Caloy, my brother Ethan and cousin TJ today after my VARICELLA shot yesterday. My Pedia-Cardio said my heart is fine, thank God!

After having a KAWASAKI Disease way back 2007, my heart's left valvula had a "mild mitral regurgitation" or "singaw" in Filipino term. So now, it's my 4th 2D echo already and I still need to continue monitoring my heart to avoid any problems in the future so I need to come back again after 2 years.
Kawasaki is a deadly disease, a very rare one and scary. I really had a hard time having KAWASAKI especially my mom and dad (emotionally, physically and financially) for I was only 1 year and 2 months old. To give you some info about this sickness, here's the symptoms I had before....

Symptoms of KAWASAKI are :

• severe redness in the eyes
• a rash on the stomach, chest, and genitals
• red, dry, cracked lips
• swollen tongue with a white coating and big red bumps
• sore, irritated throat
• swollen palms of the hands and soles of the feet with a purple-red color
• swollen lymph nodes

Mom and Dad were so scared and became paranoid whenever me and my brother is having a high fever but In God's goodness, we were fine. Hope not to have kawasaki again in the future.

October 6, 2010 Swimming Party on November!

Dear Diary,

My birthday is coming so nearly..I'll be FIVE soon! Dad and I talked about what I wanted on my birthday, at first I chose to have a party with a magician but then Mom and I finally came up with Swimming Party for I really wanted to swim. So there, mommy is so busy practicing balloon twist for pool decors. Look what she had learn from you tube - - ->

June 26, 2010 My First Video Call with My Dad

Dear Dairy,

I am so happy today! I just talked to my dad thru YM/SKYPE with video! So COOL! I was talking to him while seeing his face on the screen. I also saw daddy's new house and new car! I love his room! It's so nice! He said his car is light blue! I saw it online but I didn't see it clearly. Hope to see his car soon!

I asked him so many questions. I am still wondering and curious about how he'd get there. But daddy already explained about it! I wanna ride an airplane too!
About the swimming pool mommy just said that there's a pool near daddy's place. I wanted to go there if that's the case! =)
I love to swim! If I were there already I will swim everyday!
I also saw dad's bathroom! I wanna pee there! =))
I also like dad's ceiling fan with lights in it! Cool! We don't have that in here.
How I wish we could go there so soon! =)

April 25, 2010 Jollibee Walkathon Event - Failed!

Dear Diary,

Ethan and I joined Jollibee Walkathon yesterday held at Quezon City Circle. This is my second experience in joining Fast Food Chain Events...unfortunately, another failure event for me! Mom was very disappointed!

Mom joined me in this event because she wants us to join walkathon just like Daddy in Marathon. She was also impressed with the giveaways they showed us so we bought two tickets. They told us to show up early for registration so we were there at around 1:30 pm. We waited for them for almost 2 hours for registration. The program began at 4:00 pm. There were so many people. There were so many participants roving around and the chairs they set up there were all useless because most of the people watching the program were all in the middle of the garden blocking those who are sitting in the chairs provided for supposedly "viewers". After the intermission they called all the kids to go infront, but since my brother is only 3 years old and I am only 4, Mom accompanied us. The hosts were saying no parents are allowed infront, they told parents to leave their kids there. Good thing MOM didn't leave us there, there was like a stampede because of the balloons!! They distributed balloons without a line and all the people were running for the balloons as if they were giving away a sack of rice! Mom was so angry. In short they were so unorganized! They let 200 plus kids with different ages to participate but they can't able to handle. This is a chaos. How can Mommy join me again with this kind of event?! Hays! Good thing we had second option....Daddy decided to bring us to the park in the area instead of joining them! The day was saved by the park and by the water ball! =) Thanks to my parents who's always making us happy no matter what! =)

November 19, 2009 My Second Quarter Exam Results

Dear Diary,

Our 2nd quarter examination is finally over and the results are already out. My mom and Dad saw it already and it seems that they were happy yet a bit sad with the results. Mommy said she's feeling sad and guilty coz she didn't review me. I don't blame Mom coz I myself doesn't want to review anyway. They were happy because despite of not reviewing, my grades is not that bad at all. Mom and Dad doesn't care whatever is my rank in school as long as I am enjoying school everyday. I am very thankful I have parents like them =) Mommy is so supportive and Daddy is very cool! I think I should get him something for Christmas. There are lots of gifts out there in the mall like Indian Men Clothes. Aw, what would daddy look like if he wear those?! Kidding aside I love my parents very much! They totally understands me. If only I could give them a good grades. There are still two quarters to go...that's all for now dear diary! Good day!
