Sitcoms for the Television Enthusiast

My family are all mad, tv mad that is. They can watch the television set whilst they sleep. We have seven television sets in the house and they are usually on constantly, even though there are only six of us in the house. We love watching Friends on Direct.TV and have come to love the characters in different ways. My wife loves Ross who is a dinosaur expert in the sitcom or a paleontologist as experts would call it. Apparently she would like to rub noses with him and give him a massage and spend her life being looked after by him. !
Friends has become a national institution with many generations watching re-runs of the best sitcom in the world. Ross is very funny for the children as his facial expressions and silly antics make him appear to be more approachable. The on and off relationship he has with Rachael is nothing short of a heart wrenching story. Their relationship troubles are not to dissimilar to my own, especially if the wife wants to run off with Ross. But if she does, I hope I will be left with the big television, that would break my heart if she took that.

My First Thomas Jefferson's Spirit Night

Last Thursday is my other 'First' memorable experience. We, the students of Thomas Jefferson were  scheduled  to have our dinner at Chic-Fil-A in celebration of Spirit Night. For each of us who dine at Chic-Fil-A, CHic-Fil-A will return a portion of the total money spent during the Spirit Night to our school Thomas Jefferson which will be supporting children with their school activities.A deliciously easy way  to assist the children who will benefit from the funds. Plus I got to enjoy the night with some of my classmates that was there also. We have lots of fun in the play area and I will never forget this event of my life.

I Am Still Young But...

Dear Diary,


I know I am still young. I am only in kinder! That does not stop me from dreaming, does it? I would like to be able to do things my mom and dad can do like buying what they like. Of course that also means I would be able to earn my own money so I can buy what I want. Is it not great if I can earn for my own? That will be fulfilling!

When I grow up I would like to have my own house! I would also like my own car! I will ask help from my mom and dad. Maybe I can look for my perfect car from a Palm Beach hyundai dealer. That would be cool! Can I get it when I reach 18? Who knows? What kind will I buy? Maybe the Hyundai Sonata will fit me perfectly!

Ahh... I wish I am already 18 by now and I already have money stored in my bank account. I can't wait for the day when I have the freedom to buy my own precious things like my own house and my own car even if it's a used cars or new. Yes, I am still so young but I was also told that to be able to achieve my dream I should be able to envision it.

Living In Convenience

Dear Diary,


As I am preparing for school, let me share a friend's post:

One of the important things I do every month is write checks for bills payment.  Yes.  I do not like it sometimes because...I see how my money is deducted from my bank account!  But what can I do?  This is part of my daily life.  I use and subscribe to services so I can live my life in convenience.  My budget is getting tighter.  I have to look for ways to earn extra income.  Hoping to get one soon.

I am still paying for my house.  Good thing I add extra payment to my mortgage so I can pay it off quickly...cutting down the years ofmortgage payment at least.  Even though my pay check covers all my bills, I do not buy things I do not need.  Instead, I save extra for future use.  When I got sick, my insurance covered most of the claim.  I am so thankful to have a very good insurance.  In these tough times, getting sick is not allowed.

It is always feels wonderful to know that you are on track with your finances.  Will your good financial services leads give you a better outlook on keeping and staying focused on money management?  Absolutely.

My First Visit to Doctor in AR

FTF #12 

Last Sunday, Mommy and Daddy bought us to CARE EXPRESS Clinic @ Walmart  for our Physical Examination. It's pne of the requirements in school that we need to complete coz I am soon gonna start going to school :D It's our first time and we enjoyed it, the doctor interviewed me and Ethan while Mommy and Daddy was just seating inside and observing and listening to us. The doctor said we are ready to go to except for we have to visit a dentist :P Here's some of my Pics in Pink :D

May 18, 2011 I Need a Physical Examination

Dear Diary,

Mommy tole me about the upcoming school, I don't know but I changed my mind again and I feel like I don't wanna go to school again! Of course mommy said it can't be coz' I need to go to school.

She asked me to be prepared, two month to go and I am about to face new challenges and meet new friends. Next month mommy and daddy plan to bring us to a clinic ans they said my brother and I needs a physical examination. When I first heard clinic, I know there are doctors there. I don't know what's with physical examination but I am afraid coz that involves doctors and injections. But mommy said she's not sure if there's needle involved with the physical examination until we get there. Mommy said the doctors there might be wearing dora cherokee scrubs. I love the nurses and doctors wearing such uniforms. One time we went to San Lazaro Hospital to have my anti rabies injection, I was so afraid that time but when I saw the nurser there were wearing different cherokee work wear, it relaxes me and I forgot about the injection until my turn. Uniforms with a colorful design is really nice to me. 

I wish there's no injection involve in the physical examination.

Pink Fridays #3 My First EASTER Experience!

Dear Diary,

Happy easter to everyone!

Mom asked us to wake up early (we usually wakes up at 10) today so we could prepare for easter celebration. While mommy preparing her pork barbecue for our potluck, she also prepared our clothes and assisted us in the shower. Mommy said it's gonna be a new exciting experience for us so I am so excited and be the first one who got dressed. Thanks to Daddy for driving us there even he is not feeling well.

We celebrated our EASTER at Tita Lisa's house and she prepared something for us kiddos to enjoy EASTER celebration. It's my first EASTER here and I love how they celebrated it...here's the activities Ethan and I enjoyed today....

April 19, 2011 School Enrollment

Dear Diary,

Last Friday, daddy used his lunch break to enroll me and my little brother in our future school for year 2011-2012. We headed to Early Childhood Center first, they enrolled my brother there as Pre-k. My brother finished nursery level in the Philippines already but school policy here is different so Ethan is soon to be a pre-k which is the same as nursery level because he is only 4 years old. Ethan's school was cool, there are lots of toys everywhere and it was so colorful but the building seemed small to me. I guess maybe because there are only Pre-k's in there. After filling up for so long with different forms like what happened in IRS the last time we went filing taxes and applying for my ITIN. How come filling up forms were taking adults so long and even had a hard time looking for the irs extension form in the lobby. I really hate that filling part, so boring! So back to my story, after Ethan's enrollment, it's finally my turn and to my surprise we just drove a few blocks away from Ethan's school and were in Thomas Jefferson Elementary School already, my future school! I can't believe I am enrolling already that time! My enrollment process was a little bit shorter than Ethan's, daddy just filled out some few papers and they have me signed on the last page of the forms and were done! But we didn't go home immediately coz I wander around in the lobby first. I love the school! It's big and there are lots of kids like me studying! Forget what I have said before that I don't wanna go to school yet, coz I am now so excited and can't wait for the start of school!!!

April 13, 2011 My Future School

Dear Diary,

Last Monday our telephone line was already installed and Daddy bought a telephone device that very same day. The next day mommy was already busy on the phone calling so many persons and busy listing down something in her notebook. After a couple of hours and she stopped using the phone, I asked her who's she's calling and she said it's my future school. I already told daddy that I don't want to go to school anymore but they of course, didn't agree with that. I just felt so tired already, I just wanna stay at home and play. But then, in the end, it's still daddy and mommy who are the one's that can decide for me, so there, they finally found my future school!
I wonder who's gonna pick us up? Will it be daddy or mommy? But mommy can't drive yet (and she's a terrible driver), sssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I guess mommy only needs a driver's license before she drive. Anyways, daddy gave her already a DMV study guide to learn more driving information and I'm sure she will be driving soon.

April 7, 2011 Update...update....

Dear Diary,

I'm sorry I haven't updated you for a while, my mom is a little bit busy updating her other blogs so mine was forgotten. You all know that my mommy was the one writing for me here so please bare with me. If my mom is busy then I'm busy too! :D

First of all, I wanted you to know that were with Daddy for almost a month now! Hooray! I'm sure you'll guess how happy I am now living with my mom, brother and most of all with my dad!

I have lots of stories to tell, about our travel from Manila to Arkansas, our earthquake experience in Narita, Japan, our first party here, our new house, new car, our first parks to visit, new friends and many more!

But let me start with how am I here now...
I am FINE, very fine. I love our new place, new life and most of all I love our family being complete now. I missed daddy so much that's why I am very attached to him most of the time. I wanted to be with him all the time and can't wait for him to come home after his work. I don't even want to sleep in our own bedroom, I just wanted to sleep beside daddy. Mommy and Daddy said I can't do that anymore coz I have my own room now (I hate that fact) so I have no choice but to sleep in our bedroom but sneaking out in the dawn and transferring to their bedroom ;D
That's how I missed daddy...
