It's Tax Time!

It's Tax time again! Daddy is so busy arranging his files for TAX Refund. I overheard him last night complaining that he seem to have a lower tax refund this year and mommy was asking why is that so. I have no idea about what they are talking about but I am certainly sure daddy and mommy is not happy about it.
Mommy was wondering why daddy computed a low tax refund if he got a good one last year? Isn't it supposed to be bigger now coz my brother and I were here with him and he got bigger expenses than last year. They are also talking about having good credit score. I have no idea What is a Good Credit Score but I know it has something to do with CashMoneyLife they are also talking about aside from filling tax refunds.
Mom and Dad were wishing for a bigger tax refund so we can be able to get a health card this year and save more money for our future.

Why Do Women Love Shopping?

As far as men are concerned, women and shopping go together like peas in a pod. I actually don’t see anything wrong with that. In fact, it is the truth; women, in general, really do love to shop. To some women, shopping is therapeutic. It doesn’t matter if they come home with loads of packages from the mall or not even one. It usually is just the matter of being able to while away the time at the mall, looking at pretty things, watching people pass by, and just unwind that attract malls to women and women to malls. Indeed, there doesn’t have to be any actually shopping involved.

This is in stark contrast to what others perceive that women shop and shop because they are trying to outdo one another. Some people think that women splurge on clothes, shoes, and bags because they want to be better than their peers are. This is a very heavy misconception, because the truth is, women are naturally less competitive than other people are.

They don’t shop to compete with others and neither do they do that to make others take notice of them. Women shop because they want to, and that’s it.

I was happy when I found out that there were clear internet providers in the area that our cabin is in. We purchased a lake cabin about three months ago. This month was the month that the previous owners were vacating and that we could move it. I love to be out in the woods and spend time with my husband at the lake, but I also like to be connected to the outside world. I was worried that we were not going to be able to get an internet connection service that far out. I love to wake up in the morning, read my on-line newspapers and relax. It is part of my everyday routine. I couldn’t imagine not being able to do that when I was trying to relax. I also always like to be around my e-mail because I never know when they are going to need something from me or have a question for me at the office. The cell phone service is a little shotty in the office. I also would rather answer e-mail so that I don’t have to chat with people from work when I am on vacation.

Winter Break

Three more school days and it's winter break and that means me and my brother will be on vacation from school for 10 days straight! Oh I will be missing my classmates and teachers! I know sometimes I am tired of going to school but most of the time, I am loving it! I love my classmates, my teachers and all the activities we've been doing there for 6 hours, 5 days a week. I was thinking what to do this long vacation aside from of course playing PS3 and or watching movies. But before that, I should be worried first what to give my teacher before the winter break starts. My mom ordered these personalized coin purse for both Ethan's and my teachers but it seem not gonna be deliver on time. Mom doesn't like our teachers to get nothing from us before the vacation so she's thinking of a back up gift. I suggested some flowers. I know sending flowers to them is a good idea and mom agreed but she said it's better if we give something as souvenir so she thought of making crochet beanie herself and now she's cramming. I wish mom will finish it soon and or I wish the personalized coin purse come on time!

It's my first time to hear TAIL GATE and it's my first time to attend this kind of school event. Mom and Dad were there together with my brother. There are plenty of activities and games given to all of the students and they also set up lots of inflatables and my brother and I can play with all of them coz mom and dad purchased a ride all you can bracelet! Awesome right? It's like we were in trade show exhibits or a carnival with lots of table top display with a colorful table covers!

My brother and I first went to inflatables, we bounced and slide with my classmates and really had fun. After several minutes we tried the different games being prepared. We played mini golf, Frisbee, fishing and more! My personal favorite was the fishing, it's like you are really fishing in a lake! After that we gathered a lo \t of prizes, we went back to the inflatables and bounced all night and we even forgot our dinner, the cafeteria was already closed coz the foods were all sold out! Mom and dad just brought us to KFC and had our dinner there instead.

That was a great experience that I will never forget!

I have been using our local Texas internet provider to do some research for a book idea I had. Writing a book has always been a really intimidating idea of mine, but I think I want to try to do it. When you think about the amount of energy and effort that goes into each and every page, even paragraph, it gets to be a bit overwhelming. I thought about writing something more along the lines of history. I am really interested in China and its history. I am sure it has been written multiple times and by multiple people. I think the key is to pick one tiny part and really focus in on it. If I find some cool subject that is not really anywhere else, that would really work well. I have been researching and researching and I still have not really found anything that will really work. The only problem with a tiny subject is that then the book will not be very long necessarily. I am not sure how long a book has to be. I mean, there are definitely books that are only a hundred pages long, but I want it to be worth someone’s money if it ever gets published. I still have so much work to do, but hopefully it happens.

Reminiscing That Fateful September Day in 2009

I can still vividly recall what happened more than two years ago back home. Torrential rains poured nonstop for hours, and before everyone else had a clue what was happening, they learned that floodwaters submerged almost the entire metro. The flood waters also badly affected key sub-cities, which are slowly becoming centers of commercialism. Many people died, and it took a long time before rescuers found survivors.

What’s worse is that it took the whole country a long time before it was able to pull itself together and rise from the slump. Even until now, I learned that some provinces haven’t fully recovered yet. I guess the damage to properties and livelihood was even greater than everyone thought it was, and so many are still trying to piece their lives together. That unfortunate event involved heavy rains and strong winds; so two forces of nature were conspiring to cause destruction to the country.

The problem that many faced afterwards was that cleaning services there are not as capable as leaning services here in the USA. Professional cleaners here have no worries about repairing water damaged floors Austin, unlike there were cleaners didn’t have the best and most high-tech equipment.

I just hope that people learned their lessons. After that fateful night, people should be more careful, watchful, and mindful of what they are doing for the environment.

Shopping at Tanger Outlet

My family and I went shopping last Saturday at Tanger Outlet in Branson. Mom and Dad bought me and my brother some clothes for Winter. Mom and Dad got me some long sleeve tops, a beanie, sweat shirt, a pants, leggings and 2 pair of boots! My brother also got some long sleeve tops too! We really shopped a lot last weekend, my brother also bought a sweat shirt, boys sweatpants, 6 pair of socks and winter boots! Mom and Dad got their own set of clothes too. Dad bought his winter jacket with some tops, gloves, beanie and scarfs. Mom has a lot of scarfs and beanie already so she just bought some of her tops, gloves, boots and winter jacket!

Look at our shopping bags here, I hope Mom and Dad were not shocked when they saw their credit card bills! But I bet not coz the items were all on sale and all were on very low prices that's why we were still be able to buy lots of stuff for Christmas! This will be our last shopping for this quarter, I guess we will shop again next year and for summer this time!

What is SMOKE -FREE?

My mom was so happy that I can finally able to read some words now. My new school was a good reading trainer. Some of the words I knew were everywhere so I can easily get to know and familiarize with them. Some words I know were number words such as one, two three and so on and so forth. I also know some words such as the, she, he, they, we, love, me, is, are, daddy, mommy and so many more and most of them were in the books that mommy is reading me. I also started to read words that posted in billboards, in streets, in ads and in TV. One time I saw the words "SMOKE-FREE" and I ask mom what's that mean. I thought that means that you can smoke anytime you want but it's not. Smoke free means, the area is FREE of SMOKE and in short, smoking is not allowed. But one time I saw a man smoking but mom said it was an electric one so it's safe.

My Mom Bought New Domain For Me

I am a little bit confused with my feelings right now. I am excited coz Mom bought a domain name for this site and I can't wait to see how it looks, on the other hand I am a little bit sad for I don't wanna left behind this site though I know that some of the posts here were already transferred in my new site. :(
I don't know what to feel, I feel like I still can't let go of this. This is my first site, my first diary and now I am leaving it behind. My mom bought www.princesspinaklicious.com for my FASHION with a sub domain of diary.princesspinaklicious.com for my PERSONAL BLOG.
I wish I can use the two but Mom said it's hard to maintain so many blogs. I am taking it from her, she's an expert already. Now, all I have to do is let got of this, and head on to my new WORDPRESS SITE.

My Mom Needs a Job

"Have I told you already that my application for Employment Authorization has been denied due to insufficient documents? That I have to start again, compile all the documents and pay for the application fee of $380? I was expecting I will be applying for work this November and will soon gonna have a job by December but I was wrong, my expectations was changed into disappointments and frustration!

I have so many plans this coming year 2012, first of all I want to get a Family Insurance. This is on top of my priority, I really need to have any insurance for my family. It's hard to always worry, we really need even a Cheap Life Insurance but I cannot find any. We can't afford the other Insurance Quotes I got from different companies. I really need a JOB to afford one. So I am wishing I could get my permit soon and get a job!

I also wanna earn for our vacation. my husband has been working so hard and I can feel how much he wanted to have a leisure time. He can afford it now coz all he is thinking right now is us - his family. He knows hot hard it is not have savings so he's trying to save some for our needs and not for leisure. How I really wish I could work now but I have no choice but to wait till the permit is there."

Bon Voyage My Friend

Dear Diary,

I have a friend here in Arkansas ever since we moved in here. She is Tanya a 5 year old girl like me. she's an American Citizen but her parents are Indian. Her dad is just like my dad, a temporary worker and same job as my dad just from a different company. Her parents are here for more than 7 years now that's why Tanya was born and raised here and became my friend for more than 7 months. It's sad coz I have to say goodbye to her this morning. Together with her family, they will going back to India for good. I am so sad my only friend in our neighborhood is now gone. I will miss her so much. I am hoping she could write me when she gets there and still be my friend even we are thousand miles away from each other. She's a nice friend and I love her. I will surely miss her.

Dear Diary,

Mommy was so upset that she was denied with her USCIS Employment Authorization application. She waited for it since JULY and now she was denied. She thought she's gonna be having a job next month. She really wanted to earn now and help daddy with our expenses. Mommy is into blogging, that's her sideline while she's a stay at home mom, she also does balloon decorating but she doesn't have a client yet. She also making some bows and crochet stiffs. She is trying to sell in online and hoping she got to learn good and effective Online Marketing so she can earn more. Mommy is so creative, she can do a lot of things but she has a limited time and she can't do everything by her self. I wish mommy could start her online business and run it well while she's processing her employment authorization application for the second time around.

My First Taxi Experience

Dear Diary,

This month is a hectic month for me and my brother. There are lots of activities going on and mom and dad feels like having a chaos. Yesterday we had our first literacy night from 4:30 in the afternoon till 6:30 in the evening. Daddy was not feeling well so he went home early but he wasn't able to drive me to school coz first he still needs to work at home and 2nd he is really not feeling so well that day so mommy called a taxi. I was excited to ride a taxi! It's been 8 months since I rode a public vehicle. I miss the taxi, bus, train, pedicabs, tricycle and jeepneys in our country! There are plenty of public transportation available! Look, my mom took a picture of me inside the taxi :D

Fall is Here

Dear Diary,

Fall has just started. This morning it was 28 degrees Fahrenheit! So cold! I am freezing! My mommy bought me and Ethan our winter jackets and gloves. She also made a scarf and a beanie for me and soon, she's gonna make one for Ethan too!

Daddy has winter clothes already he had is used last year. But mommy said he still needs to buy some men's winter coats and so does her. We have plenty of shopping to do. We cannot use only one winter jackets, at least two is enough. I am so excited for the winter and I can't wait to play with snow with my winter outfit. I wish my cough and colds will get better soon, this will stop me from playing with the snow soon.

I hope my body will be adjusted with the weather soon, I hate sniffing and coughing all the time.

My Birthday is Coming Up!

I am going to attend a birthday party this Saturday. I was invited by my classmate Molly and her twin sister Taylor to celebrate their 6th birthday in a park. I am so excited! This is my first time to attend a classmate's birthday party. Mommy said she's excited too and she can't wait for that day.

y birthday is gonna be next month already. Mommy said my Lola Mama said she will be giving me money for my birthday so mom and dad decided to throw a party for me. I am so happy! I thought I am not gonna have one coz mom and dad was thinking of traveling on my birthday instead. The were already looking at HomeAway Holiday-Rentals for a place to go to. Mom was also busy with her cooking when travelling book looking for some American recipe she could cook for us and bring during our travel. Good thing they change the plan! New in Town

Being new in town is fun and scary at the same time but boy can I tell you guys how much I’m loving this town! Ever since I graduated I’ve been looking forward to getting out of my college town and heading to somewhere with more character and New Orleans definitely fits the bill. I found this awesome little house when I got here and put an offer in right away and now I’m knee deep in yard work, kitchen remodeling and Home Security New Orleans! I really like the independence I feel here and the food scene isn’t bad, either. There are a lot of people my age and fun things to do so I don’t think it will take long for me to feel really integrated in the community. I love my new home and unless something changes I can’t really see myself leaving here anytime soon! I know my parents in Kansas won’t be happy to hear that since they miss me but they can come visit anytime they like!

When I turned three, I started telling mommy that I wanted a long hair like hers. I wanted it long because I always love to wear hair clips and other hair accessories. Is there such a best phones for kids? What's the best age does a kid needs to use a phone?

I am seeing some kids now using a phone, maybe some are for security or maybe just because the kids wants a phone of her own already. My First Thomas Jefferson's Spirit Night

Last Thursday is my other 'First' memorable experience. We, the students of Thomas Jefferson were scheduled to have our dinner at Chic-Fil-A in celebration of Spirit Night. For each of us who dine at Chic-Fil-A, CHic-Fil-A will return a portion of the total money spent during the Spirit Night to our school Thomas Jefferson which will be supporting children with their school activities.A deliciously easy way to assist the children who will benefit from the funds. Plus I got to enjoy the night with some of my classmates that was there also. We have lots of fun in the play area and I will never forget this event of my life.

Cinderella is my favorite Disney princess character.I have this kind of costume before when I was three. I used it in Dad's office Halloween Party! And now, I will have this kind of costume again this coming Halloween! This costume is different from other Cinderella Costume I had before. This one has a very high quality cloth and design and comfortable to wear. So I will not be having a problem wearing this all day till the party finish. I am so excited for Halloween! Dear Diary,

My mom was torn, She said she love to buy me a leap pad. I have no idea what it is but she showed it to me in the internet. It looks nice to me, I think there are lots of games in there but mommy said she likes this leap pad because it is educational. She want me to learn how to read and this leap pad is a nice educational toy. But mommy wants me to have a phone too. She can't get me both at the same time that's why she is torn. I guess I should tell her not to buy me a phone anymore if she really love to buy this leap pad for me. It's fine with me whatever my mom wants to choose, anyway it is a gift.

But if mom will buy me a phone, I would still be happy to have one. I have seen her looking for phones online but I guess that is not for me but for herself. My Things Got Labeled by Lovable Labels

Dear Diary,

I love how my mom prepared our stuff in school. I remember all my stuff had my names on it. Even a single small eraser has label as if somebody will steel it from me! It was funny coz some people (mostly her friends and ometimes Daddy) calling her OC (obsessive complusive). Coz you know why? Even Dad's powder, mouthwash, toothpaste and toothbrush has labels on it when he is travelling! Ssshhhh..... :))

But I don't care, coz what like I said, I love how she do it.

Two years ago I was in Nursery, my stuff such as pencils, books, papers etc. have a princess sticker on it. She made it her self. Last year I was in Kinder I and Ethan was in Nursery, our labels has pictures of us on it. Cool eh? Yeah my classmates moms are so amazed with my stickers and I am so proud! Mommy has lots of ideas!

Mommy ordered from Walmart a very special desk for me and Ethan. I am so excited to see it delivered in our house maybe next week. Mom bought it two days ago and she is also excited to set up our room into more on art, reading and study room.

My First Day in School

Dear Diary,

Mommy and Daddy was so proud of me and I am happy about it. Yesterday was my first day of school and I can say that I did great and my teacher also told me about it. Mommy and Daddy said two thumbs up for me for being brave and good in school.

I really had a great time. My first day is a nice experience for me. I love the school set up, the teachers, my classmates and especially the play area! I also rode a bus yesterday. My mom seemed very nervous but I know she's certain that the bus is safe. She knows what she's doing coz mom knows best and I trust my mom's instinct though sometimes I am stubborn and don't wanna listen to her. I arrived at school safely, but mom said they checked on me too. They followed the bus and checked if I was safely delivered to school. Delivered? What am I a package? just kidding. I love my parents, they loved me very much. My mom was just over reacting for she want me to have a phone with me in school. She just don't have it coz she didn't found one for me yet. My mom is really considering to have a phone that is everything you need is there. Like when I am bored she said I can play with the games in it, I can also call a friend aside from her calling me and most importantly for my safety.

I am hoping that she could find an affordable on soon if it's permitted in school. Have more stories again maybe tomorrow! I am so excited to show you every activities I had in school! Have a good day!

I Am Still Young But...

Dear Diary,

I know I am still young. I am only in kinder! That does not stop me from dreaming, does it? I would like to be able to do things my mom and dad can do like buying what they like. Of course that also means I would be able to earn my own money so I can buy what I want. Is it not great if I can earn for my own? That will be fulfilling!

When I grow up I would like to have my own house! I would also like my own car! I will ask help from my mom and dad. Maybe I can look for my perfect car from a Palm Beach hyundai dealer. That would be cool! Can I get it when I reach 18? Who knows? What kind will I buy? Maybe the Hyundai Sonata will fit me perfectly!

Ahh... I wish I am already 18 by now and I already have money stored in my bank account. I can't wait for the day when I have the freedom to buy my own precious things like my own house and my own car even if it's a used cars or new. Yes, I am still so young but I was also told that to be able to achieve my dream I should be able to envision it.

Living In Convenience

Dear Diary,

As I am preparing for school, let me share a friend's post:

One of the important things I do every month is write checks for bills payment. Yes. I do not like it sometimes because...I see how my money is deducted from my bank account! But what can I do? This is part of my daily life. I use and subscribe to services so I can live my life in convenience. My budget is getting tighter. I have to look for ways to earn extra income. Hoping to get one soon.

I am still paying for my house. Good thing I add extra payment to my mortgage so I can pay it off quickly...cutting down the years ofmortgage payment at least. Even though my pay check covers all my bills, I do not buy things I do not need. Instead, I save extra for future use. When I got sick, my insurance covered most of the claim. I am so thankful to have a very good insurance. In these tough times, getting sick is not allowed.

It is always feels wonderful to know that you are on track with your finances. Will your good financial services leads give you a better outlook on keeping and staying focused on money management? Absolutely.

I just wanted to share my friend's post....

I think all parents have a fear of when and how their kids may get hurt. My personal fear is that my children will be involved in a car accidentwhile someone else is driving. It was a long time before I could fully trust my husband or anyone else to drive my little babies around without me being present. The older they get the easier it is for me to let my guard down. I still get slightly queasy at the thought of them riding with someone else but it is not as bad as it used to be. The school where my daughter attends has a rule that states that kindergarteners must be with their parents at the bus stop but first through six graders can wait by themselves. At first, I was in total agreement with this rule. During the middle of the school year I began to think it was kind of silly. My child was intelligent enough to know to stand there and I could be inside watching her from a window while watching the morning news on the newest channel from directtv los angeles. Some parents agreed with me, but it was not enough to change the rule.

My First Visit to Doctor in AR

Last Sunday, Mommy and Daddy bought us to CARE EXPRESS Clinic @ Walmart for our Physical Examination. It's pne of the requirements in school that we need to complete coz I am soon gonna start going to school :D It's our first time and we enjoyed it, the doctor interviewed me and Ethan while Mommy and Daddy was just seating inside and observing and listening to us. The doctor said we are ready to go to except for we have to visit a dentist :P Here's some of my Pics in Pink :D

Mommy wants to get a phone for me, she was very nervous that me and Ethan are going to go to school three weeks from now and it's our first time to be away from her. I know mom knows best for us but you think I really need a have a phone? If I am to ask, I would love to have a phone. I wanna call mommy and daddy whenever I want. I can also call a friend in times of boredom. But mommy said I cannot just call anybody I want. She wants me to have a phone for emergency only and just for me to hold and wait for my mommy and daddy's call. That is cool! I am like going to college already just like any others that are hook, line and sinker! Mommy showed me the phone and it's cool coz everything you need was there, a camera, ohh I love camera and a has games too. Mommy is not actually sure yet if the school is gonna allow me to carry a phone but still I am excited. Mommy is now trying to orient me how to use a phone and when is the only time I am going to use it when I am in school.

Daddy and his New Baby Mac-Mac :)

Daddy has another baby again! Daddy bought himself a new MacBook! Mommy said he's been dreaming of it so instead of mommy buying her new pc, she let daddy buy his and the old one (1 year old) will be hers :D How sweet of mommy! :)
We went to best buy yesterday, I saw a lots of gadgets not just only for mom and dad but for Ethan and me too! :D We tried to play the leapfrogs, they are very cool stuff! Mommy wants us to buy that toy but she said maybe next time after daddy's turn of buying his stuff. Daddy got his PC for installment zero percent interest after having approved by Best Buy Financing. I guess Dad was very happy coz mom said he is really looking for that financing and was worried thinking not to be approved. I guess having a good FTC credit score can give you an opportunity to be approve easily. And now that he used credit card again, mommy said he will gain more free credit score ! And after that, daddy can purchase leap frog for us thru financing too.Yipee!
Anyways, aside from Mommy, it's his birthday this August too, and that new baby of him was his treat for his self.

I received a letter from Bentonville Public Transportation about the free school bus provided to all Bentonville students. Daddy read it to me. They are asking if I am going to use a school bus. Sitcoms for the Television Enthusiast

My family are all mad, tv mad that is. They can watch the television set whilst they sleep. We have seven television sets in the house and they are usually on constantly, even though there are only six of us in the house. We love watching Friends on Direct.TV and have come to love the characters in different ways. My wife loves Ross who is a dinosaur expert in the sitcom or a paleontologist as experts would call it. Apparently she would like to rub noses with him and give him a massage and spend her life being looked after by him. !
Friends has become a national institution with many generations watching re-runs of the best sitcom in the world. Ross is very funny for the children as his facial expressions and silly antics make him appear to be more approachable. The on and off relationship he has with Rachael is nothing short of a heart wrenching story. Their relationship troubles are not to dissimilar to my own, especially if the wife wants to run off with Ross. But if she does, I hope I will be left with the big television, that would break my heart if she took that.

Travel To Texas

Dear Diary,

We just had our first vacation to TEXAS last weekend just in time for Memorial day. Daddy has no work on Monday so he decided to take us to Texas for 2 night and 2 days. We didn't do much things on that day, we just stayed in a hotel, just like an ordinary day except for we enjoy the two different bedrooms from 2 different hotels we stayed in, the big television and the buffet breakfast. We had our whole day shopping spree at Allen Premium outlets. Daddy bought us some clothes, slippers, shoes and toys. It's our first shopping galore and out of town trip. It was really a new experience and a milestone for us. Thanks to tax refund that daddy got this year and he was able to treat us to vacation and shopping. I wish daddy will get more extra income so that we will be doing this trip more often. He said he is planning to invest or buy a stock someday and looking for a penny stock watch list and any other possible future investments so that he can able to bring us to a better vacation. I will surely pray for that coz I love going on a vacation!

Red Hot Elmo Stuff Toy

Have you seen my pink wallet already? Mommy said she kept these 2 years ago when I was like three years old. It's one of my christmas presents but she kept it because she said I cannot use it yet since I am so young by that time.When we got here in US she gave me this and she told me what I just told you. Now I am using it, mom gave me this money but she said I cannot use it here because it is peso. It's alright, I don't need to buy anything anyway coz they are buying stuff for me.

Dear Diary,

Mommy tole me about the upcoming school, I don't know but I changed my mind again and I feel like I don't wanna go to school again! Of course mommy said it can't be coz' I need to go to school.

She asked me to be prepared, two month to go and I am about to face new challenges and meet new friends. Next month mommy and daddy plan to bring us to a clinic ans they said my brother and I needs a physical examination. When I first heard clinic, I know there are doctors there. I don't know what's with physical examination but I am afraid coz that involves doctors and injections. But mommy said she's not sure if there's needle involved with the physical examination until we get there. Mommy said the doctors there might be wearing dora cherokee scrubs. I love the nurses and doctors wearing such uniforms. One time we went to San Lazaro Hospital to have my anti rabies injection, I was so afraid that time but when I saw the nurser there were wearing different cherokee work wear, it relaxes me and I forgot about the injection until my turn. Uniforms with a colorful design is really nice to me.

I wish there's no injection involve in the physical examination.

Pink Fridays #3 My First EASTER Experience!

Dear Diary,

Happy easter to everyone!
Mom asked us to wake up early (we usually wakes up at 10) today so we could prepare for easter celebration. While mommy preparing her pork barbecue for our potluck, she also prepared our clothes and assisted us in the shower. Mommy said it's gonna be a new exciting experience for us so I am so excited and be the first one who got dressed. Thanks to Daddy for driving us there even he is not feeling well.

We celebrated our EASTER at Tita Lisa's house and she prepared something for us kiddos to enjoy EASTER celebration. It's my first EASTER here and I love how they celebrated it...here's the activities Ethan and I enjoyed today....

Dear Diary,

Last Friday, daddy used his lunch break to enroll me and my little brother in our future school for year 2011-2012. We headed to Early Childhood Center first, they enrolled my brother there as Pre-k. My brother finished nursery level in the Philippines already but school policy here is different so Ethan is soon to be a pre-k which is the same as nursery level because he is only 4 years old. Ethan's school was cool, there are lots of toys everywhere and it was so colorful but the building seemed small to me. I guess maybe because there are only Pre-k's in there. After filling up for so long with different forms like what happened in IRS the last time we went filing taxes and applying for my ITIN. How come filling up forms were taking adults so long and even had a hard time looking for the irs extension form in the lobby. I really hate that filling part, so boring! So back to my story, after Ethan's enrollment, it's finally my turn and to my surprise we just drove a few blocks away from Ethan's school and were in Thomas Jefferson Elementary School already, my future school! I can't believe I am enrolling already that time! My enrollment process was a little bit shorter than Ethan's, daddy just filled out some few papers and they have me signed on the last page of the forms and were done! But we didn't go home immediately coz I wander around in the lobby first. I love the school! It's big and there are lots of kids like me studying! Forget what I have said before that I don't wanna go to school yet, coz I am now so excited and can't wait for the start of school!!!

Here's my entry for this week's pink friday - My pink Birthday Dress!

This photos were taken last November 14, 2010 @ Angel-Ann Resort just near our place in Malabon City. This was a memorable party for me both in a happy and sad ways. Happy because it is my dream to have a party in a resort but sad because daddy wasn't here to see how I enjoyed the party he gave me though we talked via skype, he saw some of the part of the party ongoing but still, being there personally is different. I can't blame him because he's there to work and if he hasn't probably there's no party like this so I am still thankful to daddy and mommy and also with my Lola Mama who's always been very supported all the way and to my Lola Taba and my Tito's and Tita who had helped mommy in everything.

April 14, 2011 Our First Toy in Arkansas

Dear Diary,

Last week daddy bought us our first new toy in Arkansas - new beylade set!

We requested this toy from dad when we saw our newly met friends playing with those things and my brother Ethan and I loved it. Thanks Dad to our new beyblades! Ethan and I were playing it together when we were tired watching movies and series online.
I am so happy that daddy bought us a toy, I remember mommy said to us that daddy will not buy us toys for the meantime that's why mom brought so many toys for us from the Philippines. Mom loves to buy toys it's just that she's no work yet so it's not possible for her to buy us for now. But I can feel how much mommy wants to buy the toys I've seen in wallmart! I saw most of my favorite toys out there! I am hearing mommy saying that they are all cheaper than Philippine price. I wish she will buy them for me! I guess mommy will stop buying personalized things online for now like nap mats and toddler backpack in Embroidery Dallas coz she will probably gonna shop now offline. Hoping for another toys to come when daddy has an extra.Hope he can read this (wink)!

April 13, 2011 My Future School

Dear Diary,

Last Monday our telephone line was already installed and Daddy bought a telephone device that very same day. The next day mommy was already busy on the phone calling so many persons and busy listing down something in her notebook. After a couple of hours and she stopped using the phone, I asked her who's she's calling and she said it's my future school. I already told daddy that I don't want to go to school anymore but they of course, didn't agree with that. I just felt so tired already, I just wanna stay at home and play. But then, in the end, it's still daddy and mommy who are the one's that can decide for me, so there, they finally found my future school!
I wonder who's gonna pick us up? Will it be daddy or mommy? But mommy can't drive yet (and she's a terrible driver), sssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I guess mommy only needs a driver's license before she drive. Anyways, daddy gave her already a DMV study guide to learn more driving information and I'm sure she will be driving soon.

Dear Diary,

I'm sorry I haven't updated you for a while, my mom is a little bit busy updating her other blogs so mine was forgotten. You all know that my mommy was the one writing for me here so please bare with me. If my mom is busy then I'm busy too! :D

First of all, I wanted you to know that were with Daddy for almost a month now! Hooray! I'm sure you'll guess how happy I am now living with my mom, brother and most of all with my dad!

I have lots of stories to tell, about our travel from Manila to Arkansas, our earthquake experience in Narita, Japan, our first party here, our new house, new car, our first parks to visit, new friends and many more!

But let me start with how am I here now...
I am FINE, very fine. I love our new place, new life and most of all I love our family being complete now. I missed daddy so much that's why I am very attached to him most of the time. I wanted to be with him all the time and can't wait for him to come home after his work. I don't even want to sleep in our own bedroom, I just wanted to sleep beside daddy. Mommy and Daddy said I can't do that anymore coz I have my own room now (I hate that fact) so I have no choice but to sleep in our bedroom but sneaking out in the dawn and transferring to their bedroom ;D
That's how I missed daddy...

Februuary 5, 2011 My 2D ECHO

Deary Diary,

I just had my 2D Echo in Hi Precision with Mommy, Lola Mama, Lolo Caloy, my brother Ethan and cousin TJ today after my VARICELLA shot yesterday. My Pedia-Cardio said my heart is fine, thank God!

After having a KAWASAKI Disease way back 2007, my heart's left valvula had a "mild mitral regurgitation" or "singaw" in Filipino term. So now, it's my 4th 2D echo already and I still need to continue monitoring my heart to avoid any problems in the future so I need to come back again after 2 years.
Kawasaki is a deadly disease, a very rare one and scary. I really had a hard time having KAWASAKI especially my mom and dad (emotionally, physically and financially) for I was only 1 year and 2 months old. To give you some info about this sickness, here's the symptoms I had before....

Symptoms of KAWASAKI are :

severe redness in the eyes
a rash on the stomach, chest, and genitals
red, dry, cracked lips
swollen tongue with a white coating and big red bumps
sore, irritated throat
swollen palms of the hands and soles of the feet with a purple-red color
swollen lymph nodes

Mom and Dad were so scared and became paranoid whenever me and my brother is having a high fever but In God's goodness, we were fine. Hope not to have kawasaki again in the future.

So, how's our christmas? Hmm...I had a blast actually!
I've got a lot of gifts from my god parents, I also got some money and mom keep it and soon she'll deposit it in our bank account. :D

The best toy I've got this christmas was daddy's gift - my dream BABY ALIVE that eats and poops :D I so love it! Thanks my daddy!!!

Our christmas and new year experience without daddy is totally different, it's kinda sad but we just have enjoyed it since it's our last holidays with my grannies.
Yesterday, mom, my brother Ethan and I went to TRINOMA MALL and watched "ENTENG". We enjoyed the movie except for the part where the bad guys (monsters) came out of the scene. Scary!
But all in all I enjoyed everything we've done during holidays, hoping for a holiday with my dad soon!

Dear Diary,

We just had our school Christmas Party yesterday, parents are not allowed to join us this time so mom wasn't able to watch us but mom was able to take pictures of us for some time...mommy is really a mommarazzi! ;P
The other day was out school christmas program, we, junior advance casa dance and won the first place! It was a cool performance, audience loved it!
I will post the pics soon as soon as mommy is no longer busy :D

Just wanna share my days with you and this holidays. I also wanted to blog about mom's christmas party in LEGEND VILLAS. How I enjoyed the bath tub and the surroundings just like in Hoseasons villa holiday. It was so different for me and even asked mom if we could live there, lol.
I have so many things need to update on this blog..hope to cope up sometime!

November 29, 2010 Lolo Boni's Bday

Dear Diary,

We just got home from Quezon City, we went to Lola Lita's (Lolo Caloy's sister) house and celebrated Lolo Boni's birthday. It was supposed to be on the 30th but since holiday was moved today, we celebrated it already. Lolo Boni is in heaven now but Mommy said Lola Ming (Lolo Boni's wife and my Lolo Caloy's Mom) never missed to visit him even she is having a hard time traveling already. We ate our lunch then dropped by to cemetery, said our prayers and had some snacks.

Mom said it was my 5th visit there, yearly I was there but I don't remember them already. I enjoyed looking around while the adults were having their merienda. I keep on walking on the grass but Lola Ming said I shouldn't step on other's graves. She said the dead people were underneath those marbles. I have no idea what she is talking about, all I know is that the grass are so green and the trees are so tall and I am enjoying looking at them. There were also other people in there aside from us. I saw a girl in an umbrella and thinking why, because it's not even hot nor raining. Why do these people using umbrella instead of tents? Mommy said it's a memorial park not a camping site. Whatever it is, I still can barely understand. Maybe soon when I get older.

I am so excited! Mommy said I have to sleep 4 more nights and ta-dan...it's my birthday already! I've been waiting for this..I'm so blessed I have wonderful parents giving me this kind of party. I feel so special.
Mommy was so busy making lootbags right now, I can see how excited her too. She went to Divisoria again yesterday and she's very tired because it rained and it's hard to go to DIVISORIA during rainy days. But still mommy loves to go there..there were so many establishments there like option trading, etc.
SO there...4 days to go! Can't wait! Hope God will give us good weather on my big day so my friends and classmates would be able to come.

Dear Diary,

I really had a blast this semester break! I had so much fun and adventure!
Mom brought us to Angeles Pampanga to attend Azumi's Bday and I enjoyed the party! It was so FUN!
We also attended two different halloween parties and collected so many candies!
But of course it's been so long so to go back to school now!

I will blog all about them soon, I just can't concentrate right now for I have so many reason to be excited...first My birthday is coming so soon and another thing is that about the news that we will soon be going to US, meaning we will see daddy so soon. But mommy said I still have to wait till daddy find a cheap apartment and hope it doesn't have a bad Chinese drywall lawsuit like other problems I've been hearing about. Then after that, daddy will book our flight early this March or April :)

It's Mom's Birthday today! She's already 29. Kinda sad coz Daddy isn't here. This is her first birthday in her married life celebrated without Daddy here on our side =( How I wish Daddy was here to blow candles with us and sing "Happy Birthday" song for Mommy. But it's okay, Mommy seems to be okay and happy. She's going to celebrate her day on Saturday not today coz she has to work =)
I was thinking of a gift...I was thinking of a nap mat or kids bagpack but I forgot, mommy isn't a kid like me. =)) I guess she will more likely to have a house and lot and have a garden on it like in dallas sod. Hmmm...maybe when I grow up, I can buy that for Mommy. =)

Guess what? I finally got "Jessie" of Toy Story!!!!
I've been requesting toy story character from daddy even before he flew to US. But since we have lots of things to prioritize first, I waited for few months before I finally have it. I actually wanted woody's round up but Mommy said it's expensive. Even "jessie" herself is already expensive. It's our first time to buy such expensive toy. Dear Diary,

I missed going to parks already! How I wish Daddy was here to drive us to the park. Mommy said it's hard to go to the park right now especially if you have no car because of the rainy weather. What I love most about parks are the slides there. most of the parks we've been to have slides. Mommy loves to bring us to the park even without a car. June 26, 2010 My First Video Call with My Dad

Dear Dairy,

I am so happy today! I just talked to my dad thru YM/SKYPE with video! So COOL! I was talking to him while seeing his face on the screen. I also saw daddy's new house and new car! I love his room! It's so nice! He said his car is light blue! I saw it online but I didn't see it clearly. Hope to see his car soon!

I also saw dad's bathroom! I wanna pee there! =))
I also like dad's ceiling fan with lights in it! Cool! We don't have that in here.

Dear Diary,

I really can't tell how am I right now without daddy on our side. He's in Arkansas, USA already and staying there for two years for work. Mommy said we will be going there soon but we have to wait for a few months. I have no idea how long is that, all I know is that I am missing daddy. I've been looking for him, been asking mom if he's coming home already and sometimes expecting that when I came home from school, he'll be there waiting for us. I may not feel any sadness right now coz I am still young, I know in my heart that it's hard when daddy is not around. Since he left, me and Ethan were sleeping beside mommy. We've been doing this for 5 days now. I guess we will be alright....and I am hoping and praying too that soon, we will be together again as a family.

May 30, 2010 Culminating Activity

Dear Diary,

Just finished my culminating activity this morning! Finally I'm done. =)
I did well this morning except for one exhibition - jump and roll, but it's okay, I enjoyed the applause of the audience anyway. =P

My mom and dad were so excited to watch me this morning. Mom said she was shaking while watching me, I'm quite nervous too but it all went well after all. My co gymnasts, my coaches and my parents as well as my grannies were all very supportive. They inspired me today. I love my performance today. I did dance well even I don't memorize the steps =P

I am so happy when they called my name and went to the stage to received this piece of paper called Certificate. I ran immediately to show it to MOM and DAD. They were happy to see it too!
I also enjoyed our play after the program. Me, Ethan and my co gymnast played together after the program while our parents having their mini meeting =)

This is one of the unforgettable experience in my life. I wanna thank my MOM and DAD for enrolling me in Gymnastics. Hope I could use this talent in the future for my own benefit. Though I may not want to enroll this JUNE, I'm sure I'm gonna change my mind for a few days and surely come back to gymnastics and enroll this school days =)

Dear Diary,

Four more day! Four more practice and summer program's done!
My two months summer class in Gymnastics of the Philippines is almost finished. It's like 2 weeks for me. I want to learn more! I want to continue it while studying this coming June.
Mommy said coach Roland invited me to join their new TEAM to compete this coming August. I'm so looking forward for that.
Whoa! I guess that's all for now. I can't tell about my performance yet...just see it on my culminating activity / recital on the 30th of May! =)

April 25, 2010 Jollibee Walkathon Event - Failed!

Dear Diary,

Ethan and I joined Jollibee Walkathon yesterday held at Quezon City Circle. This is my second experience in joining Fast Food Chain Events...unfortunately, another failure event for me! Mom was very disappointed!

Mom joined me in this event because she wants us to join walkathon just like Daddy in Marathon. She was also impressed with the giveaways they showed us so we bought two tickets. They told us to show up early for registration so we were there at around 1:30 pm. We waited for them for almost 2 hours for registration. The program began at 4:00 pm. There were so many people. There were so many participants roving around and the chairs they set up there were all useless because most of the people watching the program were all in the middle of the garden blocking those who are sitting in the chairs provided for supposedly "viewers". After the intermission they called all the kids to go infront, but since my brother is only 3 years old and I am only 4, Mom accompanied us. The hosts were saying no parents are allowed infront, they told parents to leave their kids there. Good thing MOM didn't leave us there, there was like a stampede because of the balloons!! They distributed balloons without a line and all the people were running for the balloons as if they were giving away a sack of rice! Mom was so angry. In short they were so unorganized! They let 200 plus kids with different ages to participate but they can't able to handle. This is a chaos. How can Mommy join me again with this kind of event?! Hays! Good thing we had second option....Daddy decided to bring us to the park in the area instead of joining them! The day was saved by the park and by the water ball! =) Thanks to my parents who's always making us happy no matter what! =)

April 5, 2010 Gymnastics Summer Class - 1st Day

Dear Diary,

Finally I started my summer class in Gymnastics today...I've been so excited eversince I started to go there until this very first day.

I came so early so I still have time to explore...I used most of the facilities except for those I can't reach =) I so enjoyed it but when the class proper started, I don't like to participate anymore. Mom just gave me some motivation so joined them. It's tiring, coach Roland told us we will experiencing body pains after this but I didn't experience any pain at all. Haha! Anyway hope to learn more on this summer class...I am so excited to learn things I'm watching on you tube. Mom said I will learn all of those in time, all i have to do now is listen to my coach carefully and follow what he's telling us.

Dear Diary,

Today is the last day of school. I just had my 4th quarter examination and Mom looked at the results immediately. She seems disappointed. My exams were not so bad but not so good either. I am not in the mood already. I feel like it's vacation already. I guess I am more excited with gymnastics than any other things. Anyways, it's over. All I have to do now is rest and then summer class!!! Hooray! I'm so excited to learn! I so love gymnastics and hopefully ballet too! =)

Hello dear diary! Just wanna share how excited I am today. Mom just brought me to Rizal Memorial Gym and showed me the area. I am very excited seeing the other kids like me practicing their exhibitions. I want to do those too dear diary! Mommy said....I can't do those yet until my coach taught me how and she also said I have to be patient for I will be doing them soon. Let me show to you my video while impressing my soon to be coach...hahahaha =)

Dear Diary,

One more week to go and the school year is about to end. I am a little bit happy and a little bit sad for I really don't want to go to school sometimes but I am missing my classmates and friends. I'm wondering what will be my activity for the whole summer vacation....Mom wants me to enroll in swimming class and I wanted to attend a Ballet Class and Ice skating class. I will be waiting till mom finally decides. For now dear diary, I will be joining a very huge contest of the year =)

March 3, 2010 Few Weeks to go then bye-bye school!

Dear Diary,

I can still remember how remarkable my first day at La Cabecera de MOntessori. I was still studying at Sto. Nino tutorial back then as "saling pusa" and Mom decided to join me in 2009 class for me to observe. I love that experience, I was very happy singing and holding hands with the kids there. I fell in love with that school from the very beginning. I love the stuff displayed in the rooms, I love how they treat me and I love the ambience. I can't believe the school year is about to end very soon. I wander If I would still be there next year. I forgot to tell you dear diary that my dad has upcoming project in US and dad wants us to come with him. I know it's not yet final. We're still considering some things that could possibly happen in time that is why I am imagining things. Only God knows what will happen in the future. For now, I am lonely yet excited. Lonely because classmates and teachers were parting soon, excited because I am waiting for a vacation time and it is so soon. Hope we could still meet on summer, and hope God will let us go to US =)

Dear Diary,

Yesterday I had an injection for PDP....test for primary complex, and just this afternoon, got another shot - anti rabies vaccine. What a day! I forgot to tell you dear diary that I have a new pet, it's a dog and I named it ASTRO from astro boy movie. He's lovely it's just that he really really loves to play with Ethan and Me. He's brown and furry, I'll be posting his pictures soon. Sad part about it was mom and dad wants to give Astro to somebody else. Mom and Dad is worrying about us being so playful and getting bitten by Astro. I don't want Astro to go anywhere, I love him. He's my pet. Hope Mom changes her mind and let Astro stay with us. January 29, 2010 My First Award "Best in Sensorial Activities"

Dear Diary,

I am so excited and very proud to share that I received my first ever award today!

Our school were conducting awarding of TOP students every quarter and I received "Best in Sensorial Activities". This is one of our subject in La Cabecera de Montessori. Mom was so proud that she even posted it in facebook immediately. That was my first award. I wasn't on top of the class but I excelled in this subject this quarter. Mom and Dad were very happy though they were not expecting it. Hope to have more soon! That's all for now....Good day!
